The implementation of modern weapon systems requires ever-increasing auxiliary power to supply the increasing number of electronic circuits, in order to guarantee their operation under extreme temperature and altitude environmental conditions and allow quick strikes, using an airborne vector. It is under these conditions that the gas turbine comes into its own as a compact power source, ideal for such applications.
